In the city of Kyiv, there is a developed network of institutions providing psychological and psychotherapeutic assistance to city residents and internally displaced persons who suffered as a result of the military invasion of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine. Everyone who needs the above assistance receives it without fail and free of charge by the forces and means of health care institutions of communal ownership of the territorial community of the city of Kyiv, regardless of the place of residence and the presence of a declaration of medical care, within the framework of the Medical Guarantee Program.
